Terms1. Using Websitetrading.com.au
The agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Websitetrading.com.au and the User. By accessing or using Websitetrading.com.au in any way, without limitation, the User agrees to, and is bound by these terms and conditions. Websitetrading.com.au reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without notice to the User. The User's usage of any Websitetrading.com.au website and/ or its contents will be subject to the most current version of these terms and conditions. 2. User Obligations

- In using the Websitetrading.com.au, the User agrees not to disrupt or interfere with the security or otherwise cause harm to the website, servers, networks connected or accessible through, system resources, passwords, accounts of Websitetrading.com.au or its partners
- The User also agrees not to post or otherwise transmit through any website any harmful or destructive files, not to create a false identity or attempt to use another users account, password, system or service without authorization from Websitetrading.com.au
3. Website Listings
- By creating a listing, you are acting in good faith and have the intention to sell the website listed at, or less than the price listed
- By creating a listing, you grant Websitetrading.com.au an irrevocable right and unrestricted license to display, store and use the details of your listing
- If you are selling a website or domain, you agree that your user details may be provided to prospective buyers
- You agree that the website or domain for sale is readily transferable to the buyer, in a normal, timeous and practical manner
- If any terms are breached, listings may be removed without notice and no monies may be refunded
- Websitetrading.com.au in no way acts as the agent for either party. Websitetrading.com.au acts solely as a neutral facilitator, bringing together willing and buyers and sellers.
- Websitetrading.com.au does not verify the websites listed, control them or confirm or verify the information provided. Any views, opinions or other content included in the listing or communicated in any other format is solely those of the party providing it.
- Websitetrading.com.au does not warrant the suitability, ownership or correctness of any participants on the website, and the buyer and seller should always exercise due caution
- Websitetradinging.com.au expressly prohibits any person or company not authorized to, to solicit any information, market other products or attempt to represent the buyer or seller on another website or trading platform
4. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, Websitetrading.com.au retains copyright in all material, content, information, documents and files provided on this website.The products and services of Websitetrading.com.au, as well as their selection and arrangement are protected by copyright, trademark applications and other intellectual property laws and as such, unauthorized use of these will violate such laws and the terms and conditions of usage. Content may however be printed or displayed for personal, non-commercial use alone.

The Client agrees not to copy, republish, frame, transmit, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, assign, distribute, license, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any of the Websitetrading.com.au products or services, except as expressly authorized herein. In addition, the Client agrees not to use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction methods in connection with the Websitetrading.com.au website.
5. Limitation of Liability
Websitetrading.com.au is not responsible for any loss, damages, costs or expenses or any other claims in any way whatsoever which may occur as a result of using the website. Websitetrading.com.au is not liable for the representations, violation of rights be they intellectual property rights, trademarks or copyright which may result from a listing and reserves the right to remove a listing upon request of any 3rd parties or at it's own discretion.
6. Governing Law
This agreement shall be subject to and construed according to the laws of New South Wales in Australia. Any claims against Websitetrading.com.au, no matter how frivolus must be made in Sydney, Australia.
